What happens when the final whistle blows? On July 18th, Hawks FC brings together former D1 athletes and professionals for an honest conversation about life after sports — building identity, finding structure, and carrying your athletic mindset into the next chapter. Come ready to ask questions, connect with like-minded athletes and families, and walk away with real tools for the next chapter. Free and open to all ages and genders.
Here’s what to expect:
- Panel discussion with our speakers
- Lunch
- Small group conversations
- 2 interactive workshops
Meet our panelists:
Renee Washington — Sports Broadcaster (ESPN, FIFA, NBC Sports) and All-American D1 athlete in Track & Soccer, speaking on building an identity beyond competition while carrying forward the discipline and mindset developed through sport.
Rena Eleazar — Physical Therapist and Co-Founder of Match Fit Performance Physical Therapy, former D1 athlete in Swimming and CrossFit, speaking on learning to create structure, routine, and purpose outside of athletics.
More panelists to be announced — stay tuned!
