Building Strong Minds

for Stronger Players

Mind Lab is Hawks FC’s mental-performance and wellbeing program designed specifically for young female athletes. Through interactive sessions and on-field integration, players learn practical tools to build confidence, resilience, focus, and leadership—skills that help them thrive both on and off the pitch.

We partner with certified mental-performance coaches to deliver activities such as:

  • Team discussions about stress management and leadership
  • Guided breathing and mindfulness exercises
  • Confidence-building drills woven into practice
  • Reflection and journaling for self-awareness

By embedding these practices into our training environment, Mind Lab helps keep girls in the game by making soccer not just a sport but a space to grow mentally, emotionally, and socially.
