Maya Stephen is the Director of Programs at New York SCORES, cohost of Indivisa, and the founder and creative director of Good Company Sports. She began her collegiate soccer career at Fisher College before transferring to California State University–Sacramento, where she completed her bachelor’s degree.

With past roles including Community Development Manager for the Washington Spirit, Game Day Staff at DC United, and Lead Care Navigator at Octave Behavioral Health, Maya brings a unique blend of storytelling, creativity, and community impact to her work. As a sports storyteller and creative consultant, she is passionate about sharing the life lessons and skills that come from being part of a team—especially in ways that empower minority communities.

Brianne Reed is a professional soccer player and the co-founder of The Players Network. A graduate of Rutgers University, Brianne went on to play professionally in Sweden, Denmark, Australia, Portugal, and Canada. Though she stepped away from club soccer in January 2025, she continues to proudly represent the Dominican Republic on the international stage. Throughout her journey, Brianne has found meaning in the connections she’s built with others in and outside her sport, believing that shared experiences among athletes create powerful bonds. Soccer has given her so much, and she’s passionate about giving back to the game by helping shape the industry for the better. Currently navigating her transition from full-time professional athlete, Brianne is focused on growing her company into her full-time career. In the meantime, she balances individual coaching sessions with players while seeking opportunities that allow her to sustain her passion and make an impact in the sports world.

Kori Washington is a head youth soccer coach and college academic advisor passionate about helping student-athletes succeed both on and off the field. A graduate of NJIT, where she played collegiate soccer, Kori understands firsthand the balance and dedication it takes to excel at the next level.

After completing her playing career, Kori earned her Master’s in Sports Administration and later her Doctorate, further deepening her commitment to education and athlete development. As an academic advisor, she guides student-athletes through the challenges of balancing academics and athletics, ensuring they’re prepared for success beyond college. On the field, Kori brings that same dedication as a head youth soccer coach, fostering technical growth, leadership, and confidence in young players.

Soccer has been a constant in Kori’s life, providing her with a platform to build relationships, mentor the next generation, and help shape pathways for players to grow in the game and beyond.
