Expanding access. Redefining who gets to play.
At Hawks FC, we believe cost should never be the reason a girl can’t play soccer. By operating low-cost programs and working toward becoming a fully free organization, we’re removing financial barriers that keep many girls—especially those from underrepresented communities—out of the sport.
What financial accessibility means to us
The pay-to-play system narrows the talent pool and excludes entire communities. Financial accessibility is how we push back. It allows us to diversify the sport by opening doors to girls who may not have access to high-level training, competitive environments, or girls’ soccer programs at all.
We’re intentional about creating access by:
- Offering low-cost programs that prioritize affordability without sacrificing quality
- Working toward a fully free model for players to participate in soccer
- Bringing clinics and programming to communities with limited or no access to girls’ soccer
- Expanding opportunities for girls traditionally underrepresented in the sport
